Livedoid Vasculopathy, also known as Livedoid Vasculitis is a fairly rare skin condition.
It produces the appearance of painful ulcers mainly on the legs.
It may also be accompanied with blood alterations such as a procoagulant state.
Treatment goal is to reduce pain and help the ulcer to disappear.
Fibrinolytic, anticoagulant, vasodilators and other drugs are used as routine treatment.
